    Hi Eli, I have updated WP to version 5.5 and upon running the scan it will not allow me to run a scan on the core files (using the full scan feature). It appears blocked and I did make a donation. This is the same on both my websites. Any ideas? Auto download update definitions is ticked and saved. Thank you, Scott.

    Hi Eli , firstly, thanks for a great plugin. I am having a new site built and will install and donate as soon as complete in a few weeks time.

    My question is for my current site. I have Shield Security and the scanner has picked up 4 potential malware infections but Gotmls says my site is clean. This is what Shield shows:

    Hi, I registered my key and all is fine but I have just changed to https and when I went to the malware plugin it stated key not registered, click to register key and showed site name starting https. I clicked the page elswhere by mistake and cannot get back to reregister the key again and it shows key not registered. Can you help please? Thank you.

    Thank you for the reply. I’m not too techy so not sure how to do that. Is it something I can do through WHM or does it need a file modification through ftp? Thank you.

    Hi,

    I have just ran a full scan on my site and it has come up with two read/write errors in red for Revslider:

    …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/views/templates/slide-stage.php
    …/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/views/templates/slider-main-options.php

    Is this normal. This did not happen on previous scans.

    Hi, I currently have ‘Shield’ and ‘Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall’ plugins installed.  Will there be any conflicts between these in any way? Am I okay to use both simultaneously? Thank you, Scott.
