We thought that after uninstalling WPCerber (a security plugin) your great plugin would work again, but we were wrong. Something is preventing the plugin to make the scan properly. The main page of the plugin is all blank no matter what plugin we desactivate or if we reinstall the plugin once and again. We are lost. The log file was sent to you in previous email, hoping you may notice something useful. Thanks and have a great day.
Dear Dev, we love GOTMLS because so far is the only Premium plugin that works like a charm, but we have a question: why the auto update new definitions doesn’t work? We login regularly to all the WordPress sites registered and they always read “new updates available” which points to the fact that maybe something is not working for having auto updates.
We always leave the “autoupdate” feature on, click save, and after some days we return and see we need to manually download those data base updates. We believe this time between manual updates is enough for the new malware to keep attacking our websites.

First of all: we love this plugin, we think that it should get a great investment because it is so powerful and well done than this plugin could easily become an example of good practices for security.
Our problem: We needed to uninstall and then reinstall the plugin. When trying to register the plugin again under this same account, it opens this same page, proceeds to register (you can see the key listed) but when returning to the WordPress the signs are still red as if it was not registered 
. If we try to register again then the error described at the title appears.
What can we do? Thanks in advance for kind response.
