Thank you for your plugin. I was wondering whether it was something that could help me? I tried to see if it could work for me but it freezes after 10 seconds. Possibly due to having so many files to scan or possibly due to timing out because of high CPU load (load average at 52). I attempted to limit access via .htaccess to my IP only but that didn’t change anything.
My host hasn’t much ideas on how to fix it other than to set my directories in order my site to become forbidden 403. Chat support folks have been awesome in attempting to do their bit but they’re limited in what they can do. (They’ve helped with .htaccess, checking what IPs are too frequent, etc).
It’s resulted in 3 now approaching 4 days of being offline or unusable.
I’m not very technically skilled as you can tell.
