    Hi Eli,

    Now that’s what I call support, thank you for your reply. Not sure whats going on, I thought it was the plug in that was causing the error as when it is de-activated the site works all be it very slowly with the occasional 502/504 error, then I uninstalled the plug in and I still have the problem.

    Could it be those 2 known threats that is causing it? or should I have a word with my Hosting provider in case it is their problem?

    Hi, I was experiencing what I thought was a footer infection on one of my sites, so downloaded your plug in to scan the site. After the scan finished, it found 2 known threats, 1 in the functions php file and 1 in a wpzoom php file (i think) I was a bit wary of clicking on the auto fix button, so tried to do some research in to the problem lines.

    decided to log out of the site and when i tried to log back in I now get a 502 bad gateway.

    Any ideas of a fix?
