    Just recently when trying to scan the scanning process doesn’t finish.

    Maybe I don’t give it enough time but I started a scan on Thursday and finally gave up on Sunday morning.

    When I left the computer on Saturday night it showed there were 237 folders left to scan. On Sunday morning the count was still 210.

    Earlier this year (I had some medical issues and didn’t pay much attention to the site in June/July), the scanner took just an hour or so to complete. Now, it’s going 4-5 days and still isn’t finishing.

    I deleted and re-installed…same issue.

    Any thoughts?

    It should not be taking more than an hour to complete, can you please send me a screenshot of the scan after it’s been running for a shot while so that I can see what might be going on?
