    Hi,

    My site has been hacked and my hosting platform (Siteground) has blocked the site and only allow access when I provide them IP addresses to whitelist.

    This is what they say:

     

    If you will be using a service that cleans the files and scans them through an external network, please, contact the developers of the service (plugin) to provide you with the IP addresses that need to be whitelisted on our end, if the scanner is failing to scan the site files.

    As I had stated when I replied to your email about this, you only need to request that they whitelist your own IP address as you will be the one initiating the scans using my plugin on your site. So there will be no outside IP addresses but your own that will need access to the site in order for you to run the Complete Scan using my plugin.
