    OK I didn’t remember seeing the checkbox, but I have it now.

    I don’t see a green checkbox.

    But I’ve never seen this before.  The address I log into on your site never matches the user email on my site.  And the site doesn’t show as registered when I log into your system.   So something is not right.  Is there a way for me to fix the issue?
