I just updated the Anti-Malware plugin yesterday and performed a scan on my site and there are 4 read/write errors and 2 of the errors are related to the plugin:
/wp-content/plugins/gotmls/index.php
/wp-content/plugins/gotmls/images/index.php
The other 2 errors are related to 2 other security plugins that I use (Sucuri and Wordfence).
I’m not able to correct any of the 4 errors because when I click on them to examine the file, it just spins and then I get an Error 500 error.
Does this mean my Anti-Malware plugin has been corrupted/hacked? I ran Wordfence on the same site and received 2 errors that my wp-content/index.php appears to be malicious and has also been modified.
The last definition update should solve these errors for you. If you still get them after you download the update let me know.
Also, if that wp-content/index.php file is not identified and fixed by my plugin after this latest update then please send that file to me so that I can inspect it personally.
