    Hi,

    I have the latest version of the plugin. There are new definition updates, but I can’t download them. When I click on the ‘download new definitions’ button, the browser continues to run, but the definitions do not arrive.

    I can update on a second website – on the same server. The update will be received within a few seconds.

    I have already reinstalled the plugin, but the problem remains. What could be going on?

    This site may have some JavaScript errors on the wp-admin pages that are preventing the definition updates from posting correctly. Check the browser console for any errors on that page, and also check the error_logs on your server to see if there are any issues there that might be preventing the update.

    Send me any error messages that you find and I can help you further.
