    Dear Dev, we love GOTMLS because so far is the only Premium plugin that works like a charm, but we have a question: why the auto update new definitions doesn’t work? We login regularly to all the Wordpress sites registered and they always read “new updates available” which points to the fact that maybe something is not working for having auto updates.

    We always leave the “autoupdate” feature on, click save, and after some days we return and see we need to manually download those data base updates. We believe this time between manual updates is enough for the new malware to keep attacking our websites.

    It might be cache that is showing you that updates need to be downloaded. if you see that again try just refreshing the page to see if the it shows that the new updates were actually installed.

    If it is still not showing that the updates are current then send me a screenshot of that page with your key visible so that I can see what else might be going wrong.
