I’m getting this message at the top and I can’t run a scan. It just goes to a blank pages and stops.
I have no compression or caching on so not sure what else could cause that — except malware?
Site has been hacked twice in two weeks.
Have you tried the Quick Scans?
If you keep getting reinfected then you should move your site to a move secure server.
I guess it was scanning even though it didn’t come up. when i did the theme quick scan it did fine two issues and fixed them.
wish i knew what was causing the full scan not to work…
The custom output buffer handler called “Bot_Linker” is probably malicious and it’s probably the reason the Complete Scan is not working. Output buffer handlers can filter or alter the output and thus affect anything or everything on your site.
the plugin found 2 files infected and fixed but that still happens. Any idea how i can figure out how to get rid of that if the plugin won’t finish the scan?

reinstalled wordpress and now it can scan…
So That means that it was probably a Core File that was infected. I will add a Quick Scan for the Core Files in the next release of my plugin so that kind of infection can be found more easily.
yep that’s what i was thinking. That would be great if you can do that.
I just release me new version 4.15.43 which has the Quick Scan option for Core Files.
Please try it out and let me know what you think.
