I have a similar issue – gotmls cleaned everything up but then i got another malware alert.

I think I am being re-hacked/re-infected with some sort of iframe malware.

I just ran the gotmls definition update and rescanned the site and it has removed another threat. I forced a re-scan with sucuri and it got the all clear (again).

I am also trying to clean up my site directories and get rid of old test sites etc to improve security. But there are some folders that won’t let me delete them. Could that be related to the malware?
