    Good morning!

    Installed your product and ran a scan to remove malicious scripts.  Worked great.  I noticed that it skipped several folders and files when I ran a Theme scan and Plugin Scan.  Is there a reason for this and should I make sure these files get scanned as well?

    Yes, you should also run the Complete Scan if you want to make sure your site is completely clean. The Quick Scan only scan the main folders were malware is likely to be found.
