I used the key to create an account on this site, but now the key isn’t registering in my WordPress admin.

Whenever I try, it says:

Your Installation Key is not yet Registered!

I did it this way, as I couldn’t see how to log into the site doing it the other way round on another of my sites, as every time I tried to register it said the key was already in the system, but I din’t know the username/password.

I’m sure I’ll get there in the end

Please just use the pre-filled form on the right side of the Anti-Malware Settings page in your wp-admin to register the key that is generated for each site after you click “Get FREE Key”.

Thanks. I removed that key and then added the key with the email address I had on that account, which did then allow me to register the key.

Another problem I have, is that I would like to have all my sites on the one account (this one), but I’m not exactly sure which emails were used to register, as I just used the default that came up. Is there a way to wipe this from the system on my site and start over, using the one email?

You should have gotten a registration email with your login info at every email address that you used to register a site. You can login to gotmls.net with those accounts and then transfer your registrations to your main email account

If you are not sure what email you used it was probably your default admin email for that WordPress site.

If you don’t know what email it was or you cannot receive email at that address then you can email me directly with your registration details and I can help you reassign those domains to the account that you want them to be under.

Im having a similar problem. But I am using the pre-filled form on the settings page. It doesn’t let me change anything but my name. <scratches head> Ideas?

I just had a problem with my database this morning which somehow allowed you to register your site/key multiple times. This was not supposed to be possible, and it was causing a conflict that resulted in your registration not showing up at all. I deleted the duplicate registrations and it looks fine now. Please refresh your admin page and let me know if it all works right on your end now.
